The food was so good. We had the chicken soup and oxtail dinner and it was just the right flavour. We also ordered the ackee and salt fish with the dumplings, just the right amount of salt and flavour and the dumplings were a nice size.

Got the regular Jerk Chicken which came with rice and peas as well as some veggies.
The rice and chicken had a nice spicy kick to it without having to add any additional hot sauce. Chicken was extremely tender and fell right off the bone.
Only recommendation for this place is to allow customization of the menu items, for example allowing customers to get more than 1 item in a dish. I would have loved to try some jerk chicken and either ox tail or goat within the same order. -

This is another place I've been wanting to try since moving here. Plus it was featured in The Best of Windsor Cookbook which includes two recipes. This is mainly a takeout place as they only have a bar counter with 2 chairs. Unassuming place on the outside and pretty basic on the inside. We ordered after asking what was most popular. Jerk chicken was the answer of course. Several sizes to choose from also which was nice. I got the small which was more than enough food for one person.
We got the jerk chicken and curry goat which cones with rice and veggies. The food came out very quickly and we took it to go.
The chicken was very moist and flavorful throughout. Great spices! Spicy but you expect that with jerk chicken. The rice was also prepared very well. Not overdone or dry. Everyone raved about the food. Definitely would go here again! Make sure to try this place if you're in Windsor. -

I will make this short. One of the best jerk chicken places I've ever had. I'm from the GTA and it's much better than many of the places in Toronto/GTA region. Highly recommend. I eat here every time I come to Windsor.
